Multistate Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their Shared Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Process multistate payrolls and ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions

Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance requirements

Research and resolve payroll discrepancies while responding to employee inquiries

Required Qualifications

Academic studies or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline

Prior experience in payroll management in a multi-state environment

Intermediate skills in Payroll and Accounting related software, including Workday Payroll

Payroll Certification preferred

Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
