Schedule Details : - Nights
- 8 and 12 hour shifts
- Every third weekend rotation
- Holiday rotation
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you'll provide care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program .High-volume cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases .As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.Education and Experience :
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Progressive ability to provide holistic patient care with a patient and family focus.Proficient computer skills including electronic medical records.Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements :
