Are you looking for a growing company that is growing and investing in there machines and also work job shop workload? Are you looking for a company where you can create your own first shift schedule and not have to follow a traditional, non-flexible schedule? Work as little or as much OT as you would like? Some guys work 4-10's or 5-8's, some guys want 60+ hours and all is ok! My client ideally would be looking for a strong machinist that could become a cnc lead / supervisor, however, if someone just wanted to lead by example instead of actually "supervising" that would be ok also. The current supervisor is NOT leaving, just accepting a promotion to manufacturing engineer due to growth. That is why my client is ADDING onto their team.

Pay is DOE but depending on position could be in the $25-35 / HR for a machinist or even in the $35-40+ for a supervisor type

Qualifications :

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience as a setup machinist
• Strong G&M Code experience for min edits / offsets. Programming at the machine would be preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills if a supervisory candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards.
• Previous strong CNC Background is a nescessity.

PAY IS DOE, but is usually in the $25-40 / HR range.
