Job description

We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Hematology / Oncology Physician to provide locum tenens coverage in a welcoming outpatient setting near Mercer, Wisconsin . This opportunity offers long-term stability as the facility continues its search for a permanent provider.

Assignment Details :

Start Date : April 21, 2025
End Date : Ongoing assignment
Coverage Type : Scheduled clinical hours only (no inpatient duties)
Practice Setting : Outpatient clinic
Shifts : MondayFriday, 8-hour days
Patients Per Shift : 1420
Call Requirements : None

Practice Requirements :

Fellowship in Hematology / Oncology is required

Must be board-eligible or board-certified in Hematology / Oncology

Active BLS certification is required

EMR System : Epic experience preferred

Hospital privileges required (no temporary privileges available)

Support Staff & Environment :

Collaborative environment with excellent support staff

Support Staff Includes :

RNs : 8

NPs / PAs : 1.1

Office Staff : 4

No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required

Travel & Lodging :

Nearest Airports

Lodging recommendations include local hotels or Airbnbs in the area

Travel and malpractice insurance provided by the vendor
