Job Title : Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rough / Finish Carpenter with proven experience in commercial construction. This role, based in Williamsport, PA, demands precision, professionalism, and a deep understanding of commercial building standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of applicable experience and will contribute to high-quality commercial projects, with occasional residential builds.

Responsibilities

• Execute rough carpentry tasks such as framing walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs for commercial structures.
• Perform finish carpentry including installation of doors, windows, casework, trim, and specialty fixtures in commercial environments.
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, fire safety, and other commercial building codes.
• Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment including saws, drills, and nail guns.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and adhere to OSHA safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 / hr.
