Head Of Business Development

As the Head of Business Development, you will spearhead facility partnerships, client retention initiatives, and high-value lead generation, while ensuring every process is streamlined, every inefficiency is eliminated, and every decision is data-driven.

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion (Data-Driven Approach) :

  • Develop and execute a data-backed business development roadmap to increase partnerships and referrals.
  • Identify new facility partnerships with medical providers, body shops, towing services, and insurance agencies to enhance service offerings.
  • Leverage CRM systems (Filevine, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track referrals, engagement levels, and conversion rates, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Use real-time analytics dashboards to monitor lead sources, optimize referral pathways, and measure ROI on partnerships.

Strategic Partnerships & Referral Management :

  • Implement automated tracking systems to monitor partnership engagement activities, referral performance, and client retention rates.
  • Oversee cold calling efforts, introducing partnership opportunities to medical facilities, repair shops, and towing companies.
  • Drive process improvements in lead qualification and follow-up workflows, ensuring that every referral is efficiently tracked and converted.
  • Manage collision repair referral processes, ensuring rejected leads receive real time body shop referrals while automating tracking in Filevine.
  • Leadership, Efficiency, & Process Optimization :

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, ensuring they have the best tools, processes, and insights to excel.
  • Build automated dashboards to track team performance, providing real-time visibility into conversion rates, pipeline health, and partner engagement.
  • Implement process automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline communication, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs based on real-time data, ensuring constant optimization of lead acquisition and conversion processes.
  • Client Retention & Loyalty Programs (Tech & Data-Optimized) :

  • Design and execute data-driven client engagement programs, including cheese roll deliveries based on predictive retention analytics.
  • Implement automated follow-ups with referred clients to ensure seamless experiences and long-term retention.
  • Track client sentiment and feedback through automated surveys, using AI-based sentiment analysis tools.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting :

  • Oversee Filevine tracking and documentation, ensuring accurate, real-time reporting on referrals, lead conversions, and partner interactions.
  • Implement data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau) to track KPIs and optimize business development performance.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with clear data-backed insights and actionable process improvements.
  • Qualifications & Skills : Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, revenue growth, or strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Master of Data & Reportingyou love analyzing, tracking, and optimizing business development metrics.
  • Tech-Driven & Automation-Focusedyou understand CRM systems, AI-based recruitment tools, and automation platforms to improve efficiency.
