Job Title : Patient Care Coordinator Location : Huntsville, AL Job Type : Full-time Pay : $20+ / hour, based on experience Hours : Approximately 36 hours per week Creating and maintaining a productive and efficient daily schedule Confirming appointments and managing follow-ups Collecting copays, outstanding balances, and payments prior to treatment Assisting patients in understanding their treatment plans and overcoming barriers (such as cost, insurance, or scheduling concerns) Greeting patients warmly and communicating effectively across all channels (in person, phone, text, and email) Exceptional Communicator : Clear, compassionate, and confident in every interaction. Professional Presence : Positive demeanor, excellent listening skills, and polished presentation. Motivated and Growth-Oriented : Ready to take initiative and continuously improve. Compassionate and Honest : A genuine desire to care for others with integrity and empathy. Adaptable and Organized : Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience with dental or medical scheduling systems Knowledge of dental terminology, HIPAA, and office protocols Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude $18-$26 / hour
