Location : Columbia MD | In-person role | Pay : $24–$28 / hour (based on experience and qualifications)

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your skills will directly help children and families thrive.

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1 : 1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients achieve measurable progress in their developmental and behavioral goals.

Requirements

• Must hold current RBT certification through the BACB
• Must be licensed as required by the state of Maryland
• Prior experience with ABA, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home, school, and / or clinic settings
• Strong communication and professionalism
