Job Description

• 6 years of experience in Product Management or Project Management with proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
• Experience in Financial crime and strong Communication skills is must
• In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
• Proven record of accomplishment managing large complex products with multiple partners
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization internally and externally
• Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
• Ability to predict and identify risks / opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Problem solving organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of financial services industry banking industry and associated products is a plus
• Bachelors degree in business administration Industrial Engineering Computer Science or Marketing is highly preferred.
