Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,820 to $3,000 per week in Santa Maria, CA

• Flexible shifts with majority of work hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• Every 3rd weekend requirement
• Home health / home based care setting
• Ortho, strokes, joints, and spinal injuries patient population
• Floor specific orientation lasting 1.5-2 weeks
• Must have experience with OASIS government mandated forms
• One year of experience required, home setting experience preferred
• BLS certification required
