DRIVER RECRUITER

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Driver Recruiter to join our growing team in the Charleston area . This is a critical role focused on sourcing and securing top-tier CDL drivers with port experience in container operations and 3PL warehouse logistics.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with hiring managers to assess driver needs and implement tailored recruitment strategies
• Source candidates using online platforms, job boards, social media, industry networks, and in-person events
• Screen, interview, and evaluate driver candidates to ensure qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Cultivate relationships with CDL schools, trucking associations, and other industry contacts
• Stay current with transportation industry trends, particularly around port operations and 3PL logistics
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding of new drivers
