Employment Status : Full Time and Part Time Seasonal

Wage Range : $12.00 to $14.00 + tips

Position Summary :

Seasonal position focused on preparing and cooking a variety of food for the cafe, including breakfast and lunch. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and involves a strong emphasis on quality, freshness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Intermediate ski or snowboard experience is preferred due to back side location.

Specific Job Skills :

License / Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided)

Technical - Cooking Skills / Basic kitchen skills. Able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.

Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally.

Additional - Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.

Education / Related Experience :

Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication, basic math

Minimum time in related position - 6 monthsLine Cook experience preferred
