Full-Time / Permanent role

Outpatient care with opportunities to support inpatient consultations

Mon-Thur : 8am-5pm & Fri : 8am-12pm

1 : 5 call rotation

Patient volume : 18-25 patients per day

Ideal candidate will have 1 year of related experience

SC license in hand or in the process

Visit types and procedures : Follow-up for chronic conditions, initial consultations for respiratory conditions, lung health screenings, and post-hospital discharge visits
