Your Role in Our Success
As a vital member of our Systems Engineering Team, you will drive success and continuity across various programs. Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and maintaining Interface Control Specifications for our advanced systems.
- Leading the creation of essential systems engineering documentation, including System Engineering Management Plans and Test Plans .
- Owning the requirements generation and analysis process, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Analyzing user requirements and high-level system architectures to develop comprehensive specifications.
- Managing system requirements and spearheading design and development activities.
- Creating detailed system architecture and design documentation.
- Communicating effectively with program personnel, customers, and senior executives.
- Supporting lab and field acceptance testing to ensure quality and performance.
- Ensuring the technical integrity of all deliverables within your area of responsibility.
- Mentoring fellow Systems Engineers to enhance team knowledge and expertise.
- Driving the creation and maintenance of division-wide processes.
- Integrating various engineering disciplines to support design and development.
- Documenting design solutions and their compliance with requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or optical systems.4+ years of device engineering experience across multiple disciplines, including optical, electrical, software, and controls.Proficiency with design and development tools (e.g., CAMEO, Reliance, Python, MATLAB, ANSYS).Strong grasp of systems engineering principles and methodologies.Familiarity with industry standards, including AS9100D.Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance.Desired Qualifications :
Master’s degree in a relevant field.6+ years of diverse device engineering experience.Proven engineering management and team leadership skills.Experience in developing and implementing Systems Engineering policies and practices.Current / Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $120,000 to $170,000
