What Will I Be Doing as a Sales and Customer Service Team Member?

Represent Frontier Communications by engaging residential prospects through door-to-door outreach campaigns.

Present Frontier’s internet, TV, and voice services with clarity, tailoring recommendations to each household’s needs.

Guide new customers through account setup, service activation, and initial onboarding.

Perform service evaluations to ensure customers receive the most relevant and cost-effective packages.

Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Accurately log all customer interactions, service details, and account updates using CRM software.
