PAY RATE : $26.50 / hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details :

Job Type : Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance : Active interim clearance required to start (only submit candidates with an active Interim or Secret clearance).

Schedule : 5x40, First Shift

Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM EST

Summary :

Performs a mix of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties, working from a central warehouse environment. Uses computer systems to track, log, verify, and report shipments.

Follows established shipping procedures, transportation routing, schedules, and regulatory requirements.

Receives incoming materials and prepares outbound shipments.

Packs / unpacks items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, office supplies, and equipment.

Verifies quantity, weight, shipping documentation, and bills of lading; records shipping details and routes materials to the appropriate destination.

Requirements :

Active interim clearance required to start (only submit candidates with an active Interim or Secret clearance).

2 3 years of shipping and receiving experience.

High School Diploma (no degree required).

DOT Hazmat Ground Shipper Certification.

2 3 years of experience receiving and preparing materials for shipment, including packing / unpacking, verifying documentation, and routing merchandise.

Forklift certification.

Safety shoes required.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
