THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A NURSE PRACTITIONER - PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

This full- or part-time role offers the flexibility you need . Whether you prefer full-time or part-time, we'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your life. You'll enjoy a Monday-to-Friday workweek in an inpatient setting, with the autonomy to manage your time effectively while collaborating with our supportive medical team.

Each day, you'll meet with patients to assess their current health status and create individualized care plans. You will focus on managing medication reduction plans and engage in important goals of care conversations to help patients develop long-term health strategies. While working closely with the Virginia Internal Medicine team, you'll still have the independence to make key decisions that will improve patient outcomes.
