    • Additional Information :

    $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time New Hires!

    40 hours per week. Clinic hours are 7 AM - 6 PM Monday through Thursday and 7 AM - 5 : 30 PM Friday. Availability to work 4 or 5 days is required, with weekend / holiday coverage as needed (average of 3-4 weekends and up to 1 holiday per year).

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Interpret physician referrals and conduct comprehensive evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Ensure proper documentation and billing compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly treatment area.
  • Engage in performance improvement activities.
  • Participate in professional development and orient new staff.

    • Minimum Job Requirements :

    Education : Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

    Certification : Valid Physical Therapy License in Wisconsin; Basic Life Support certification (BLS) within 90 days of hire.

    Work Experience : No experience required.

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide age-appropriate care.

    • Physical Requirements & Working Conditions :

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
  • Exposure to electrical and chemical hazards; must wear protective clothing as needed.
  • May require local travel.
