• Manage and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for critically ill and emergency patients.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, hospital policies, and protocols, including those related to patient safety and infection control.
