Job descriptionRehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry. 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians. Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day . 34 patient contact hours per week. Call Frequency : 5-6 times a month Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections. Openings : 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). H1B Visa accepted. Graduate of an accredited ACGME / AOA Family Medicine residency training program. Board Certified / Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure. Ability to obtain and / or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria / qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

M Health Fairview Clinic Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN. We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.
