EBX Specialist

Job Description :

Pay Range : $62hr - $67hr

Responsibilities :

• Maximize the success of the EBX team, wearing multiple hats, and assisting the Briefing Program Managers with customer and partner-facing meetings.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of briefing metrics, create reports, and send them out on schedule.
• Manage all logistics related to briefings.
• Handle relationships with our vendors and partners (catering, interpretation, gifts, creative services, etc.) Maintain a high level of daily activity including internal calls, meetings, and planning.
• Constructively operate as part of a wider, cross-functional team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to connect customers' business objectives with the necessary technical capabilities to achieve them.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful customer situations and apply good decision-making to achieve a positive outcome.
