Pay and Job Details : The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and geography. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefit programs described below.

Pay Range : $11.00 - $80.00 / hr.

Job location : Remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to communicate how remote work is impacting results.
• Grow tax expertise and provide high-quality tax support to clients.
