Responsibilities

Provide superior patient care

Perform both clinical and administrative tasks that support patients in a clinic-based environment as part of a care team led by the physician and / or advanced practice provider

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Graduate from an accredited medical assistant / medical technologist school / program.

Current national certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).

Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting supporting patient care

Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Job Requirements :

Associate's Degree
