We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Director of Marketing to lead our hybrid marketing team in the legal industry. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and increasing our market share in a highly competitive industry. You will be at the forefront of our digital and traditional marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise in SEO, social media, digital and email marketing, brand strategy, content creation, and campaign management to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
• Oversee all marketing operations and ensure they are executed in accordance with the strategy.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to optimize our online presence and improve search engine rankings.
• Manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand engagement.
• Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that positions our firm as a thought leader in the legal industry.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver maximum ROI.
