Senior Lemon Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced

• Senior Attorney with a strong background in lemon law and civil litigation
• to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience representing clients in lemon law disputes, managing cases through all phases of litigation, and a proven ability to take cases to trial. Trial experience is highly preferred, and we are looking for an attorney who is eager and willing to try cases when necessary.
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle a full caseload of lemon law litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Develop case strategy, conduct discovery, and prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial.
• Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients’ interests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and top-quality client service.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Minimum
• 5+ years of litigation experience

• Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws and civil procedure.
• Proven trial experience is a significant plus.
• Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
