We're seeking a Marketing Specialist who can elevate our brand across every touchpoint, shaping campaigns that honor our legacy while embracing the future of entertainment. This role offers the chance to bring bold ideas to life, deepen audience connection, and help guide Marcus Theatres' voice in a rapidly evolving landscape. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Studio Relations, this individual will support initiatives that spark engagement, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the moviegoing experience for every guest.

This role is based out of our corporate offices in Milwaukee, WI.

What You Will Do :

• Support cross-channel marketing objectives that align with our strategic marketing plan, contributing to campaigns that resonate across digital, print, and in-theatre experiences.
• Analyze market datafrom conversion rates to traffic flowto inform future strategies and strengthen overall marketing performance.
• Recommend, coordinate, and execute local advertising initiatives, including sports partnerships, radio placements, direct mail, and grassroots community engagement.
• Serve as the field's primary point of contact for marketing materials, overseeing production, distribution, and inventory of collateral assets.
• Manage marketing initiatives from planning to completionproject management, field communication, and material procurement included.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support social media and digital content execution, ensuring posts are engaging, creative, and aligned with brand tone and goals.
• Assist with the development and rollout of studio marketing plans, supporting major film releases and promotional activations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Film teams to ensure that guest needs, brand standards, and campaign goals align seamlessly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Media

Salary Estimate : $55,000$65,000.
