About the Role
The Vice President, Private Equity will be responsible for shaping and executing the firm's strategic objectives by leading key initiatives involving deal origination, transaction structuring, portfolio oversight or client-engagement (depending on the business area). You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive performance outcomes, and ensuring operational and financial goals are met efficiently. This role includes developing and presenting analyses, negotiating terms, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to the firm's growth and value creation efforts. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field, and bring a minimum of 5-10 years' progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related domain. You must demonstrate strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven record of successful deal execution or portfolio management. Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, high-stake stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are essential.
