Anesthesiology Physician

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Anesthesia - REQUIRED
• ECHO Board Certified and / or Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship-Trained (to be complete prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship-Trained - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
