• What You'll Do :
• Provide individualized therapy to children (ages 2-16) using evidence-based, play-based approaches
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team that values your input and ideas
• Partner with families, schools, and other providers to support carryover and connection
• Design creative, functional therapy plans that celebrate each child's strengths
• Access a wide range of assessments, materials, and private therapy rooms
• Continue learning through mentorship, supervision, and paid CEUs
• What We're Looking For :
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome to apply!)
• California SLP License (or in process)
• Passion for play-based, relationship-driven therapy
• Strength in collaboration and communication
• Curiosity, empathy, and willingness to learn
