• 4 Day Workweek (10 hours per day) - Never work a Friday!
• 8 weeks off (PTO, CME, holidays, sick time)
• 13-15 patients per day - spend time with patients!
• No call - not even practice call!
• Teaching clinic (Med students and residents)
