Strategic Leadership & Culture : Provide long-term HR strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning.Represent HR on the Leadership Team and champion REDI (Race, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) initiatives.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding :
Lead recruitment and hiring efforts, develop onboarding programs, and oversee performance evaluations.Employee Relations :
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and career development programs that build trust and enhance engagement.Compensation & Benefits :
Oversee compensation plans, pay structure revisions, and benefits administration, including 401(k) and open enrollment.Systems & Compliance :
Maintain the employee manual, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, manage HR technology systems, and use analytics to inform strategy.Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR management (non-profit experience preferred).Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA / CFRA, OSHA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).Proven expertise in recruitment, retention, performance evaluation, and organizational development.Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and manage multiple priorities.High school diploma or GED required, relevant degree or certifications a plus.Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check.NO CALLS FROM STAFFING AGENCIES OR RECRUITERS PLEASEPowered by JazzHR
