• Operate and Master : Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to exact specifications.
• Precision & Quality : Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure every part meets strict quality control standards.
• Innovate & Improve : Troubleshoot and make real-time adjustments to machine settings, tooling, and programs to optimize performance and quality.
• Collaborate : Work closely with project managers and engineers in a team-focused environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain & Oversee : Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and manage related inventory and production logs.
• What You'll Need (Qualifications) :

Experience : We train in house, no experience is needed but is helpful.
