Job description

Interventional Cardiologist Northeast Wisconsin

  • We invite new and experienced Interventional Cardiologists to join a well-established and collegial practice offering advanced minimally invasive programs, a manageable call schedule, and outstanding surgical and hospital support. This is an opportunity to thrive in a physician-led environment that values collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance.

Practice Highlights :

  • Established Cardiology group based on the campuses of HSHS St. Mary s and St. Vincent Hospitals
  • Call Schedule : General 1 : 5 Interventional 1 : 4
  • Built-in hospital rounding time within schedule templates
  • Read and interpret echocardiograms, stress imaging, EKGs, rhythm monitors, and cardiac CTA
  • Advanced programs including TAVR and Watchman
  • Strong collaboration with cardiac surgeons, primary care, and specialty providers
  • After-hours nurse triage support
  • Epic EMR and Microsoft DAX Copilot AI ambient dictation
  • Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive compensation with signing bonus and relocation assistance
  • Health, dental, life, and disability insurance (full- and part-time eligibility)
  • 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 6%, plus additional discretionary contribution (3 6%)
  • Malpractice and tail coverage provided through the Patient Compensation Fund
  • CME allowance of $4,000 per year (with three-year rollover)
  • Paid state and local medical society dues
  • Eligible for shareholder status after approximately one year
