Responsibilities :
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the healthcare team.Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs.Document care provided and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to optimize care.Requirements :
Current HHA or PCA certification in New York State.Experience in home health care or a similar caregiving role requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.Must pass background checks and drug screening.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.About Us :
