IT Systems Administrator

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage their identity, device, and access management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Okta, JAMF Pro, and Microsoft Intune for user and device lifecycle management

Oversee corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring performance and security of authentication and access systems

Provide Tier 2 / 3 technical support and develop IT workflows and training materials

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of IT experience focusing on systems administration and identity management

Expertise with Okta, JAMF Pro, Microsoft Entra / Intune, and Google Workspace

Strong understanding of macOS and Windows administration in hybrid environments

Proven experience with SSO integrations and MDM deployments

Excellent documentation skills with a security-first mindset
