Senior Director of Dermatology Marketing

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Dermatology & AIFs Marketing, US Petcare.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and implementation of business and marketing planning for dermatology and anti-infective businesses

Define end-to-end therapeutic area and brand strategies, including competitive positioning and resource allocation

Collaborate with sales and medical teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing promotions and strategies

Required Qualifications

BS / BA required; MBA preferred

15+ years of related experience in branding, strategy development, and communications management

Strong financial analysis skills with proven budget management experience

Experience in managing cross-functional teams to execute brand strategies and achieve market share targets

Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing team performance
