Job Skills / Requirements :

• Carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors.
• Ability to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions.
• Operate and maintain all floor cleaning / finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer / burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.

Job Requirements :

Education : High school degree preferred, but not required.

Experience : Previous floor tech experience preferred.
