Medical Office Receptionist - Naples, FL (Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire)

Nextaff is hiring a Medical Office Receptionist to join our client's growing primary care practice in Naples, FL. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients, greeting and checking-in patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, updating patient records, and answering calls regarding appointments, prescription refills, and other inquiries. This role will require you to be within reasonable commuting distance from office location near Naples Airport.

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with a Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM schedule — no nights or weekends!
