Scope of the Role

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Amazon & DTC) manages the company's Amazon affiliate and influencer initiatives, with a focus on driving revenue to our Amazon storefront and supporting DTC growth through creator partnerships, review generation, and affiliate campaigns. This role is responsible for identifying and activating high-performing creators, overseeing campaign execution across Amazon and DTC channels, and optimizing performance to meet GMV and conversion targets. This position works cross-functionally to align influencer efforts with key product priorities, promotional calendars, and broader marketing and sales strategies.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the company's Amazon affiliate and influencer program, including partner recruitment, product seeding, and campaign execution.
• Activate high-converting creators through Amazon Creator Connections, Levanta, Impact, and other affiliate platforms to drive measurable revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon influencers, ensuring consistent product coverage, authentic reviews, and optimized storefront placements.
• Develop and implement influencer campaign strategies that align with key promotional periods (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, product launches) and sales targets.
• Manage product seeding initiatives and deploy influencers strategically to generate authentic product reviews on both Amazon and our DTC website, leveraging Influenster and BizarreVoice campaigns.
• Monitor partner performance across Amazon and DTC channels, providing recommendations to improve conversion rates, ROI, and review volume.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Category Management, and Creative teams to ensure messaging consistency, optimized product storytelling, and strong creator-led content across platforms.
• Track GMV, ROAS, and other performance metrics via Affluent dashboards and internal tools; share actionable insights with marketing leadership to guide future strategy.
• Stay ahead of affiliate trends, new creator tools, platform capabilities, and emerging partnerships to pilot innovative campaigns.
• Ensure all affiliate contracts, terms, and tracking processes are compliant, accurate, and up to date.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$80,000 USD annually. You will also be eligible to participate in BCP's benefits and bonus programs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills and experience.
