• Schedule :
• the PRN Mental Health Tech (MHT) predominately works a 12-hour shift, as shifts (day or night) become available. Day shift 6 : 45AM – 7 : 15PM. Night shift 6 : 45PM – 7 : 15AM. Required to work 8-shifts per quarter.

• A MHT who excels in this role :
• Performs patient physical exams and adjusts patient care to reflect patient changes.
• Recognizes and relays problems and initiates a problem-solving process.
• Assists with the training and continuing education of new hires.
• Assists with continued quality management, to include assuring safe quality care.
• Follows safety procedures, uses equipment and performs skills consistent with scope of practice.
• Always provides the highest level of customer service and patient relations.
