Salt Lake Valley Auto Group is adding to our Service Team for our Chevrolet Location in West Valley. We are looking for an Customer Oriented, Dependable, Punctual Service Advisor with previous Service Advising experience to join our team. General Motors experience is preferred, however we will train the right person.
Serious candidates only please.
Commission based with our Advisors averaging well over $60K a year and the potential for top producers to make over $100,000.00 annually

Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customerProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledEnsure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customersDistribute work between technicians efficientlyAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairsMaintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standardsAssist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessaryOversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service departmentSet schedules and assigns tasks to service department employeesReinforces company policies and adheres to company standardsEncourages compliance with applicable laws and regulationsMaintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relationsCollaborate with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisionsQualifications
