Animal Medical Center is hiring a Full-time or Part-time veterinary assistant to join our exceptional team in Beaufort, SC. We are a professional, friendly, animal-loving team that thrives on our dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients and high-quality veterinary care to our patients. We're looking for a skilled, reliable, long-term employee with a positive attitude to join our busy practice. Our clinic is a great place to work; you'll have the opportunity to utilize and enhance your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. We treat our staff and pets like family!

After 30 years of caring for our community's pets, we've expanded to include a second location only 20 minutes away to provide even more compassionate, state-of-the-art pet care and services. Comprehensive veterinary care services, including preventive, diagnostic, surgical, and dental services, as well as pain management, on-site dog training, pet chiropractic, acupuncture, and boarding. Our facility includes digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, ultrasound, and laser therapy.

• Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and exceptional veterinary care
• Computer skills - email, google drive, EzyVet Veterinary software
• Organization - helping keep all areas of the hospital tidy, clean, stocked, and organized, cleaning as needed
• Works well with a team as well as independently
• Ability to effectively multi-task - prioritize based on client, patient, and practice needs
• Adaptable - able to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated
