Orthopedic Surgery opening in Iowa - Located in Mason City, IA - Des Moines 120m - Full-time, permanent position - Seeking a BE / BC General Orthopedic Surgeon - BE / BC orthopedics - New Grads accepted - Join 7 physicians & 7 APPs - 1 physician retiring 2023 and 2025 - Inpatient / Outpatient Mix - Call 1 : 7 but APPs take call with them and are the first contacts - Starting at $657,000 (can be negotiated) - Production incentive - Plus call pay - Plus benefits / bonus - Total comp potential of $850,000 - ASC investment opportunityThe service area encompasses about a 14-county area estimated at 200,000 250,000 population. The Mason City and Clear Lake communities are family friendly and the Mason City community is considered a regional referral center for medical care.
