Opportunity Highlights

• Earn a base salary of $599,000–$750,000 plus a potential $100,000 production bonus
• The incoming Urologist will enjoy a generous 12 weeks of PTO with additional paid caregiver and parental leave
• Live near Lake Michigan with easy access to Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago
• Support H1b or J1 visa sponsorship with a preference for candidates available before 2026
• Operate with advanced robotic surgical technology in a state-of-the-art setting
• Choose a flexible schedule with 4–5 clinic or OR days based on your preference
• Join an established, growing team with 1 full-time physician, 1 NP, and locum support
• Perform 15–20 clinic visits per day and 4–7 surgical cases per OR day
• Access dedicated support from nurses, MAs, and an APP for inpatient and outpatient care
• Practice in a modern facility with both clinic and OR housed in the same location
• Practice at an accredited Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center
