Salary / Pay Rate :   $45 / hour treatment (billed in 15-minute increments);  $55 / hour treament (billed in 15-minute increments) on Saturday 3pm-6pm and all day Sundays;   $70 per evaluation

Hours / Schedule :   Create a schedule that works for you!  Evening and weekend hours are preferred (3pm to close and weekends)

Qualifications of this Occupational Therapy position include the following :
