NICU Experience VA License required Ratios : Workload dependent on RVU bases 580 minutes assigned out of 720 minute shift. ICUs similar assignment, but RVU allocation could be higher. Orientation : One week department orientation, then shadow and trained to general care, then third week will be in charge of own assignment.
