Job descriptionBS degree ASCP certification Prior lab experience and knowledge Supervisor experience needed Oversees phlebotomy and central processing Reports to Lab Director Has 1 peer manager (Clinical Lab Manager) Has 1 Phlebotomy Supervisor / Senior Tech Must be willing to work as a Phlebot in times of high census / call-offs Experience in a high volume lab almost a must Experience with the corrective action process strongly recommended Not a position for the timid of heart or anyone lacking leadership confidence
