An Insight Global customer in the 3PL industry is in need of a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This individual will be supporting customers in the alcohol and spirits accounts team. The main responsibility in this role is to ensure on time delivery of goods and to accommodate any and all customer inquiries, issues, etc. This is a hybrid role with mandatory onsite T-Th and remote Fridays and Saturdays. Shift for this role is 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm CST. This position will be based out of their office in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation Range : $18 / hr to $18.85 / hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. • The ability to handle vague customer issues in a timely manner with an emphasis on customer service

• Strong email skills : timely, well written, savvy with outlook and Microsoft teams
• Strong people skills
• A passion to grow and develop in the role
• Any 3PL, logistics or transportation experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
