Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Opportunity in Central Utah!!

The practice is a combined Occupational Medicine & Pain Clinic. It’s working with our hospital employed PM&R Specialist who also does interventional spine and who is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management. He is an awesome provider to work with. This is a walk in turn key position that is all set up. We do Spinal injections, EMG’s, Chronic Pain Management, Nerve Conduction Studies, Pre-Employment physicians and regular Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation . Volume is typically 25 patients a day or so. Candidate would be employed by the hospital and assigned to work directly with our PM&R. Position open to due to existing PA leaving due to husband’s transfer of employment. Income is about $85-$95K with full benefits package including relocation, and possible student loan repayment, Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K with employer matching, Vacation / PTO Days, Sick Days, etc. There is no call requirement, no weekends, and no nights. Blue collar patients from the mines, oil fields, etc. A PA or NP in any specialty is acceptable but one who has experience in Occupational Medicine, Pain Management, or Sports Medicine would be particularly attractive. Graduate of accredited Physician's Assistant Program, NCCPA Certified, and Licensed in the State of Utah. Candidate is needed immediately and we are accepting candidates who have just graduated or are experienced working candidates.
