Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement – Philadelphia / Newark Corridor

Travel : ~ 50% across regional sites

Overview :

A leading packaging manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead lean transformation and process optimization across several key manufacturing and distribution facilities in the Philadelphia–Newark corridor.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to build lean initiatives from the ground up, drive measurable improvements, and make a visible impact across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and enhance efficiency

Standardize processes and coach site leaders on best practices

Analyze KPIs and present improvement plans to regional leadership

Collaborate closely with operations and plant managers in Pennsauken, Newark, and Reading

Ideal Background :

5+ years in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence

Proven success implementing lean programs across multiple sites

Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred

Excellent communication and change management skills
